After the snow melted from the last storm, my youngest turned to me and said “Mom, is it Summer?” When I responded NO, she said “is tomorrow summer?”. I again said no and everyday since she asks the same question. It was a warm day yesterday and my daughter asked again “is it summer?” I finally turned to her and said “when you wake up tomorrow, it’s officially summer!”
One of my favorite things about summer is spending afternoons by the pool and taking day trips to the beach. Since becoming a mom, EVERYTHING is about my girls.
