When it comes to my girls, I don’t like to push medications. I didn’t run to get a flu shot for them because I don’t get them either. I am a huge advocate of anything all-natural, unless medication is needed for strep or an ear infection that doesn’t want to go away. When my daughter got a cough during winter, which was often, I tried to make a natural remedy because I didn’t want to over-do it with the cough medicine.
